Ready-to-wear is dispatched within two working days. Made-to-measure ships once your final fitting is approved. Every order travels insured and signed for.
Returns
Fourteen days on ready-to-wear, unworn and with tags attached. Made-to-measure pieces are cut to you and cannot be returned — we alter them until they are right instead.
Measurements
Each product page carries its own measurements. If you are between sizes, write to us before ordering — we would rather advise than exchange.
Care guide
Air between wears, press on the reverse, dry-clean sparingly. Wool rests best on a broad hanger; silk prefers to lie flat. Detailed instructions arrive with every order.
